Welcome, Agents of Gullett!

Welcome to the Courage in Action Agency, newest graduates from Gullett!

In Agent Austrum’s class, a team focused on Pollution/Global Warming wants to research organizations to donate to, and write articles for their newspaper about how to make picking up trash cool. A team focused on Animal Abuse plans to create a task force wherein the students find dog fighting rings through the Internet and ask adults to report them to the authorities. They’d also like to research what kind of information is provided to pet owners upon adopting a pet so that the education can be supplemented as needed.

In Agent DeAtley’s class, Team Women’s Rights plans to encourage women and girls they know to follow their dreams, whether it be trying out for a sports team, pursuing sciences, or anything! They also plan to listen to the women around them to support the notion that women are trustworthy, regardless of circumstance AND turn the phrase “like a girl” on its head by using it as a compliment or asking people to explain what they mean if they hear it used as an insult. Team  Anti- Terrorism want to do more research and meet at lunch to share findings and write letters.

Way to go Agents! We’re looking forward to hearing more about your missions!
